RETURNS & REFUNDS — Simple and fair!

Here's how it works:

If your product arrives damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund — no hassle.

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us. Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Simply email us at contact@teemivo.com — you'll always receive a response from a real person.

As each Teemivo item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for other reasons. However, if there is a problem caused by us, we will do our best to correct it.

We only offer refunds for items shipped defective or damaged. No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact contact@teemivo.com if you believe you are entitled to a refund.

All items sold in our store are made to order and customized exclusively for each customer. In accordance with US consumer protection guidelines (FTC and UCC), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds due to:

- Incorrect selection of size, color, or design.

- Customer error in text or customization information.

- Change of mind after purchase.
