1. What products do you sell?

Teemivo offers premium garment-dyed heavyweight tees with creative and personalized designs across five categories: Name, Birthday, Profession, Family, and School.

2. How does Teemivo work?

Each product is made-to-order. We offer a wide variety of ready-to-buy designs, but if you don't find your name, profession, or year, you can use the "Personalize" field on the product page to enter the text you want. We’ll customize the design just for you.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

Your unique design is created and delivered in 5–9 business days.

4. Do you ship outside the USA?

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

5. How much is shipping?

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

7. Can I return or exchange an item?

Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at 
contact@teemivo.com with your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.

8. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

9. Are all designs customizable?

Yes! If you love a design but don’t see your name, profession, birth year, or school level, just enter the details in the Personalize field on the product page, and we’ll create it for you.
